The People's New Party (Monsilvan: 人民新黨, Pinyin: Rénmín Xīndǎng) or the PNP, is a Monsilvan nationalist political party in the Monsilvan Republic. As of 2022, it is in a coalition with the Reformed National Party which was agreed upon during the 2022 local elections, after the RNP was threatened with losing the Leibo State Government. Thanks to this coalition, the PNP is the secondary leading party in three state governments: the Leibo State Government, the Nanyan State Government and the Xishanjia State Government.

The PNP was founded in October 2000 out of a split from the Reformed National Party which took place after the 2000 general election, where the RNP saw its biggest loss since the establishment of the Monsilvan Republic in 1978. The PNP was created by members of the party who were more affiliated with right-wing politics as opposed to centre-right politics. It's ideology focuses around Monsilvan nationalism, promoting the unity and identity of Monsilvan people as a distinct ethnic group and culture, as well as opposing foreign religion and encouraging Taoist and Confucian thought.

The People's New Party has never won a seat in either the Legislative Assembly or the Senate, but has won seats in State Parliaments since they won one seat in the 2002 local elections in their home state of Luhai. As of the latest local elections, the PNP has 18 total seats across all State Parliaments, the most being for Luhai at three seats and the least being one seat for Bazhong.

The party is known for its controversial opinions and right-wing views. Because of this, the party has ended up in multiple scandals, including in 2014, when a People's New Party politician called Xiong Yuan was arrested for shouting racial slurs in a public park which caused a great amount of conflict between the party and the FDP government who had opposing thoughts on the matter. The party is very sceptic of the Ostlandet Union and claims it hinders the nation's economic growth and will "deteriorate the Monsilvan identity".

The photo used on news articles of Xiong Yuan being arrested in 2014. According to the police, he had been shouting racial slurs in a public park in Zhangye, but the People's New Party denied that was the case.
