The Paleocacherian Federal Navy is the most well-funded and equipped branch of the armed services in keeping with the nation's tradition as a naval power. Two hundred and twenty thousand personnel are split into two fleets, one for each coast of the nation. Paleocacherian navy ships regularly roam the globe patrolling trade lanes connecting them to allies. Paleocacherian ships regularly call on ports of foreign nations.

The Paleocacherian Navy is divided into two fleets. The Ascernis Fleet and the Kivu fleet are based on the country's west and east coasts respectively. Both fleets are organized into squadrons typically based around a capital ship and its escorts. Submarines have independent commands.

8 Amphibious Assault Ships

There are two LHD ships of the Loch Laine class that serve as mini aircraft carriers and facilitate amphibious operations.
There are six Loch Fein class LPD type ships that are designed to transport Paleocacherian troops and equipment worldwide.

3 Battlecruisers-under preliminary construction, expected to be fitted with advanced railguns and laser weaponry. Completion not expected until 2022.

10 Cruisers

10 missile cruisers of the Chicajun class provide advanced first strike capabilities for the Republic.

20 Destroyers

There are ten ships of the Finnegan class, these destroyers are primarily tasked with maritime stabilization operations.
The FPS Lawler and her nine sisters are a class of air warfare ships for the Paleocacherian fleet.

30 Frigates

The Nathan Hayes class frigate is responsible for anti-surface warfare and air defense. There are twelve ships in this class.
The Lyla Powell class of frigates is primarily for anti-submarine and escort work. This is a twelve ship class.
The Gearóid Farley class frigate is the newest multipurpose ship in the Navy. Four of the six ships in the class have been commissioned and two more will be ready by 2021.

16 Submarines

The Bradán (salmon) class of diesel-electric attack submarines is one of Paleocacher's most significant sources of power projection.

Support Vessels 4 Multi-Role Vessels

The Mount Errigal class sealift ships provide support to overseas operations.

4 Modular Support Vessels

The Liffey class of modular support vessels can be used for multiple purposes including that of transport, frigate, hospital ship, command ship, and minelayer.

12 Replenishment Ships

The Pine class replenishment ships allow Paleocacherian navy forces to sail around the globe.

1 Icebreaker

The Paleocacherian Navy maintains an icebreaker in order to keep Sea Lines of Communication open during bad winters.

1 Hydrographic Survey Ship

This ship is used to explore the ocean and learn its secrets.

2 Submarine Tender and General Supply vessels

These ships provide underway replenishment to submarines and carry cargo and food for naval ships.


Coastal Patrol and Homeland Security Vessels

Ten minesweepers patrol Paleocacherian enclosed waters and harbors for mines.
Fifteen Offshore Patrol Vessels survey Paleocacherian waters for poachers, conduct other law enforcement operations, and perform search and rescues.
Twelve Inshore Patrol Vessels secure the northern reaches of the country's inland waters.
