The Paleocacherian Federal Navy is the most well-funded and equipped branch of the armed services in keeping with the nation's tradition as a naval power. Seventy thousand personnel are split into two fleets, one for each coast of the nation. Paleocacherian navy ships regularly roam the globe patrolling trade lanes connecting them to allies. Paleocacherian ships regularly call on ports of foreign nations.

Organization

The Paleocacherian Navy is divided into two fleets. The Ascernis Fleet and the Kivu fleet are based on the country's west and east coasts respectively. Both fleets are organized into squadrons typically based around a capital ship and its escorts. Submarines have independent commands.

5 Carriers		The FPS Míol Mór class of aircraft carrier is the Paleocacherian Federal Navy's first dedicated carrier. It is capable of carrying up to fifty-six aircraft. Ships of this class are commissioned in each of Paleocacher's fleets and a sixth is due to be commissioned in 2026.
4 LHDs		There are four LHD ships of the Loch Laine class that serve as mini aircraft carriers and facilitate amphibious operations.
4 LPDs		There are three LHD ships of the Oilliphéist class which provide helicopter support for amphibious operations.
7 ATD's		There are seven Loch Fein class Amphibious Transport Dock type ships that are designed to transport Paleocacherian troops and equipment worldwide.
4 Battleships		The two models of Culaíne Class Battleship were built in the 1950s and were modernized by Hanabishi Heavy Industries in 2013. They retain their original armament which is intended to be used for amphibious operations and were given modern electrical and propulsion systems as well as missiles, helicopters, and modern radars. Two additional modified battleships were modernized in the 1990s, one for VTOL aircraft operations and one as an amphibious assault support base.
7 Cruisers		7 missile cruisers of the Chicajun class provide advanced first strike capabilities for the Republic.
12 Destroyers		There are twelve ships of the Finnegan class, these destroyers are primarily tasked with maritime stabilization operations.
10 Destroyers		The FPS Lawler and her nine sisters are a class of air warfare ships for the Paleocacherian fleet.
12 Frigates		The Nathan Hayes class frigate is responsible for anti-surface warfare and air defense. There are twelve ships in this class.
10 frigates		The Lyla Powell class of frigates is primarily for anti-submarine and escort work. This is a ten ship class.
8 frigates		The Lorgleach class frigate is a patrol frigate fitted with modular systems that can be used for a number of purposes including transporting troops, recon, fire support, and Anti-Surface warfare.
6 frigates		The Gearóid Farley class frigate is the newest multipurpose ship in the Navy. Four of the six ships in the class have been commissioned and two more will be ready by late 2021.
20 Submarines		The Bradán (salmon) class of diesel-electric attack submarines is one of Paleocacher's most significant sources of power projection.
4 Submarines		The Eascann (eel) class of nuclear powered attack is Paleocacher's most modern class of vessel. They are the first nuclear powered submarines in Paleocacher's fleet. Only two are in commission as of 2023.
4 Multi-Role Vessels		The Mount Errigal class sealift ships provide support to overseas operations.
4 Modular Support Vessels		The Liffey class of modular support vessels can be used for multiple purposes including that of transport, frigate, hospital ship, command ship, and minelayer.
14 Replenishment Ships		The Pine class replenishment ships allow Paleocacherian navy forces to sail around the globe.
1 Icebreaker		The Paleocacherian Navy maintains an icebreaker in order to keep Sea Lines of Communication open during bad winters.
1 Hydrographic Survey Ship		This ship is used to explore the ocean and learn its secrets.
1 Diving Support Vessel		This ship is used to support undersea diving operations.
4 Submarine Tender and General Supply vessels		These ships provide underway replenishment to submarines and carry cargo and food for naval ships.
1 State Yacht		The FPS O'Ryan is the official Paleocacherian State yacht.

Minesweeper		Ten minesweepers patrol Paleocacherian enclosed waters and harbors for mines.
Offshore Patrol		Fifteen Offshore Patrol Vessels survey Paleocacherian waters for poachers, conduct other law enforcement operations, and perform search and rescues.
Inshore Patrol		Twelve Inshore Patrol Vessels secure the northern reaches of the country's inland waters.

Paleocacherian Naval Aviation

The Paleocacherian Navy has air wings for each carrier and has detached squadrons for maritime patrol, helicopter support aboard warships, and air wings for the Paleocacherian Marine Commando Corps.

Fighter Jets Kimaco Spiteful		Paleocacherian aircraft carriers use Spiteful fighter jets in their squadrons for attack and air superiority missions. They also carry a variant for electronic warfare missions to destroy enemy radars and SAM sites. Each carrier has four 12 plane squadrons.
Fighter Jets Tyson FV-12		Paleocacherian amphibious ships carry these as did the first two Paleocacherian carriers which were STOVL only. These VTOl capable fighters rival the MB-23 in capability and are capable of supersonic flight and performing air to air and air to ground missions.
AWACS, Xin J-20		Each Paleocacherian aircraft carrier carries three of these to provide airborne early warning and control for the Navy's operations outside the reach of Paleocacherian Air Force bases.
ASW helicopters, Wildcat		Paleocacherian Naval Aviation has ASW helicopters based on almost every ship in the fleet. These general purpose naval helicopters can perform light transport, ASuW, ASW, and utility duties.
