Enforcement

Recognition of Same-Sex Relationships
Same-sex relationships are not seen as legal entities under Rakeo's laws, including same-sex marriage, domestic partnerships, or civil unions. This creates legal inequities in accessing widowers' pensions and similar government benefits provided to those in legally recognized relationships.
