The Kimaco Barracuda is an Ecrosian multinational supersonic, vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) jet fighter developed and manufactured by Kimaco Group. The Barracuda was primarily employed as a supersonic fleet defense fighter before receiving ground attack upgrades in the 1990s to enable the use of precision munitions. It was designed around three lift-jets and vectored thrust to enable sustained supersonic flight, although it was decided later on not to pursue such capability as it would consume too much fuel to be a viable platform.
