History
Post 1980s
Due to isolationist policies, Rakeo's healthcare standards fell far behind the rest of the world. When these policies began to be reformed, two industries sprung up in response. The upper class of Rakeo is a frequent costumer of tourist medical procedurals abroad which can not be safely obtained locally, or are not of modern quality.
