League system
The Knattspyrnudeild Reykjaness is the highest national league-club competition in Reykanes. It has seven teams, The second tier is KDR 2 that has 10 teams. All Municipalities clubs partake in qualifying to join the Reykani cup which is the biggest domestic cup in reykanes. Out of all the top 18 will qualify in to the cup, where they will climp up the ranks to win the cup. The winner is announced when all clubs played each other twice at both home stadiums. The Winner automatically gets a spot in IBL meanwhile the clubs in top 10 will get to the KDR 2. All teams play twice at both home stadiums and the top 6 will get to ISI and play to win the ultimate cup in Reykanes.
