Elite Racing (also known as E Racing or E.L. Racing) is the highest class of international open-wheel single-seater auto racing sanctioned by the Ligue Internationale de Sport Automobile (LISA) and owned by the Elite Racing Group. The World Drivers' Championship, which became the LISA Elite Racing World Championship in 2034, has been one of the premier forms of racing around the world since its inaugural season in 2056. There are a the set of rules to which all participants' cars must conform set by the LISA and ERG. An Elite Racing season consists of a series of races, known as Grands Prix, which take place worldwide on purpose-built circuits and on public roads.
