Dominic Ostrovsky was a military officer, spy, revolutionary and the first Emperor of the Krystallic Empire, of which he founded in 1212. Ostrovsky began his career as a sailor in the merchant marines, rose up through the military in Broughton, eventually becoming a member of the Regiment for Duchy Fortitude, one of the world's first espionage organizations. During his time in the RDF, Ostrovsky overthrew the Brutoan government, established an alliance with Wimborne, and defeated the nation of Elkjifjor. He established the Krystallic Empire in 1212 after winning the war against the western nation.
