Founded by Deacon Hobbs within his Hobbsian ideology of collectivist internationalism.
History
The nuclear fallout of the Great War left the CNCTC and its security counterpart organization GCIS in shambles. Attempts at continuing or picking up the pieces were made initially but the organizations were considered dissolved.
