Carlfell Island is a volcanic island in the Bay of Dundee almost a hundred miles off the west coast of Liberty City. The island is home to a small fishing community relatively isolated from mainland Paleocacher. The natives predominantly practice sustainable fishing techniques and cater to the few tourists who come out their way. Additional jobs are provided by the Inchcape Supermax on a small rocky island seven miles from the main island..
