Buchthafen officially the State of Buchthafen (Kivuian: Staat Buchthafen), is a province in western Kivu bordered the provinces of Landenmeer to the north and east, and Nahmer to the south. Buchthafen, in additon to being the national capital, it is also the state capital and largest city of Buchthafen. It is the 16th largest of Kivu’s twenty five staats, with an area of 49,629 square kilometres (19,162 sq mi), and the most populous, with 9,760,917 inhabitants, as of 2020.
