The Proclamation to Protect Trade, Maintain the Integrity of the Economy, and Reiterate the State as the Supreme Authority in Quebecshire, informally known as the Bourassa Proclamation was a proclamation passed by the High Council and Parliament of Quebecshire in 1902 after Red April.
