The Editing Akhmolan People's Party (Akhmolan Sarvakh: Axmolan xalıq partïyası, AXP), is the second largest party in Akhmola. The AXP is the main rival of the highly supported KAUP in the chamber of man, receiving the second highest voting percentage in corinational and recent 2022 Elections, receiving 17.5% of the vote. From its creation in 1898, it has proven to be an influential party in the Chamber of Man, it replaced the somewhat dated Tradesman Representatives Party, who where made redundant by changes during the industrial revolution, and greater societal changes. Lying on the left of the political spectrum, and supporting more political freedom, the AXP has run into issues with many different Akhmolan kings over the years. They adopt a policy of Social Democracy Welfare Capitalism.
The AXP was initially founded in 1898, as a replacement the increasingly irrelevant, Tradesman Representatives Party. The KOP had failed to represent the interests of the working class in an industrialised society, their original purpose was to represent artisans in a pre-industrialised era, and the AXP made comitmetns to the industrialised working-class. The party was always popular since its creation, it was also supported by the more liberal members of the KOP, who transferred the voter base from the now defunct party. However popular they may be, the party did encounter quite a lot of resistance from the royal family and nobility, who viewed their policies as unpatriotic and treasonous. The party's main voter base is from the working class and those living in industrialised cities.
