The 2022 Copa Sur Centennial knockout stage is the scheduled second phase of the 2022 Copa Sur Centennial. It will begin on 9 July 2022 and conclude on 17 July 2022. The three group winners and two of the three group runners-up advanced from the group stage to compete in the knockout stage.
