Julius Nepos (c. 630 - 680) was the an Emperor of the Northern Romanyan Empire from 10 January 669 - 30 May 679, co-ruling with Glycerius until his assassination in 675. Nepos was deposed by Orestes in 679 who placed his son Romulus Augustulus on the throne and Nepos would be killed following Odoacer's sack of Romanya in 680.
