Sean O'Brien (born August 31, 1976) is the former mayor of Rusynia.
Rosa Ryan was born in Rusynia, and went to Rusynia University. After graduating he became an assistant for the mayor's office and slowly rose up the political ranks to become mayor in 2005. He declined to run for re-election in 2015. He ran in the 2020 Gjorka United Presidential Primaries, but failed to secure the nomination.
