The Prime Minister of Storosnova (Storosnovian: Министър-председатели на Стороснова) is the head of government of Storosnova, appointed by the Tzar of Storosnova after being nominated by the diet among its members and must enjoy the confidence of the House of Commons to maintain his position. As the leader of the Cabinet, he is responsible for appointing and dismissing State Ministers.

The current Prime Minister is James Sammut, who took office on January 1, 2023, after the elections, replacing Leon Ferrari.
