The Court of Justice of the Guishan Commonwealth, also known as the Commonwealth Court of Justice is one of the branches of the supranational government of the Guishan Commonwealth, organized under the Guishan Constitution. The Court of Justice makes up the judiciary branch of the union, and it is responsible for reviewing laws, interpreting the union's policies, and ruling over the supreme courts of individual member states where necessary. It can be considered a supreme court, being the only court within the judiciary branch.

Function and powers

The Court of Justice of the Guishan Commonwealth is responsible for interpreting and implementing law, as well as solving disputes regarding sovereign law and supranational law. It is the final court of appeal and can overrule over the supreme courts of member states. The Court of Justice also interprets various treaties.
