Maledonia (officially known as Urbo de Maledonia, Esperanto for City of Maledonia) is the capital and most populous city of Entropan and the province of Maledonia. It is the political, cultural, educational, financial, and military center of the country. The city proper has an estimated 7 million people, which, when including the metropolitan area, jumps by around 100,000 people to around 7.1 million.
The National Council of Entropan is contained within the city proper, making the country serve as the capital city of Entropan, as well as the seat of the Maledonian Council and the largest and most prestiguous university within Entropan, the University of Maledonia.
Entropan is renowned worldwide for its unique design, the result of years of a government headed by the Green Party of Entropan experimenting with different methods of architectural design and city planning. This, along with the tourist attractions within Maledonia, make it a hotbed for international tourism, with tourism contributing to approximately 63.7% of the local economy.
