Toto Soper Uno (Jackian: All above one) is the national motto of New Illyricum and formerly of the Socialist Republic of The Eisley. The motto traces its roots to Araeno Faeo and the Illyrian Socialist Revolutionary Coalition who coined the phrase during the Illyrian Communist Revolution. The motto is considered one of the oldest Communist symbols and has been used across the world in support of Communism. The term was also the motto of Communist International until the organization's dissolution in 1957.
