Aktonia Governorate is one of the 14 governorates of Sconia, it is formed of the city of Aktonia, Aktonia is the capital of both the nation of Sconia and Aktonia Governorate

The Northern Area is divided into 5 districts.
Muhammad Al-Skyonyani, Umar ibn Al-Khattab, Midan an-Nasr, Ahmad ibn Hanbal and Hadayek Aktonia.
The Southern Area is divided into 5 districts.
Abdullah ibn Amr, Umar ibn Khalid, Hadayek el-Kobba, Zayd ibn Thabit and Saray el-Kobba.
