The national flag of the Islamic State of Sconia, conisists of a green field with "God is the Greatest" in White written in Arabic using the Southern Madinan Script, the flag has a white schimitar design below the takbīr, it was made by Designer Ali Uthman on the 10th of June 2010, it replaced the Shahada Flag used previously.
