The Prime Minister of Hazbin (in Hazbinian: Prim Ministru ta 'Hazbin) is the head of government of Hazbin, appointed by the Emperor of Hazbin after being nominated by the diet among its members and must enjoy the confidence of the House of Commons to maintain his position. As the leader of the Cabinet, he is responsible for appointing and dismissing State Ministers.

The office was established in 1819, before Emperor Edward assumed power, when he did not have the same powers he has today and was not very involved in politics. The office acquired its current form with the adoption of the 1965 Constitution and was finally consolidated with the political reforms of Emperor Nicolas in 1978, when the parliament was restored.

The current Prime Minister is James Sammut, who took office on January 1, 2023, after the elections, replacing Leon Ferrari.
