Trisakhti Wijaya, officially the Special Autonomous Region of the City of Trisakhti Wijaya, is the second and administrative capital of Minahodun. The city is located on the Terampang River at the northeast part of the Borgoeno Island. The city has a population of 1,103,485 people and when combined with both administrative divisions of North Trisakhti Wijaya and South Trisakhti Wijaya, the population increases to 1,200,000 people.
Trisakhti Wijaya is dubbed as both the "Folklore Bastion of Minahodun" and the "Food Heaven of Minahodun", hosting one of the best traditional cusines of the country, especially cuisines from native Ughang Samatan ethnic group and the Original Minahodunese ethnic group, and also has many national museums of the country, including the Minahan Museum of Folklore and the Tuarang National Museum. Trisakhti Wijaya is also a gateway for tourists to the island of Borgoeno, and has many national parks located mainly in the south division, where nature is diverse. Trisakhti Wijaya Wetworlds Waterpark is located about 60km from the city centre and other major tourists attractions include the Music Hymn Park, Kujatan Hamadon Technological Park, Trisakhti WIjaya Cat Museum and the Minahodun Parliament Building. The city is an important industrial and commercial centre in the Borgoeno Island.
