The premier of Tirol, officially the premier of the Free State of Tirol (Ladin: Premiera dla Freistat Tirol), is the head of government and chief executive of Tirol, as well as the commander in chief of the Armed Forces of Tirol during wartime. The premier is elected by the Landtag without debate.

The current officeholder is Ulrike Kindle, who was elected in 2005 and re-elected in 2011 and 2017.
