The Shibe–CREPR War, also known as the Puerto Rican War, was the last major international military conflict of the Earth Server, which occurred in mid-December 2019. The conflict primarily took place in at the headquarters of Shibeland in Florida, with some additionally activity occurring at the Gun Shop, which was a recognized international zone. The conflict was the largest in the history of the Earth Server.

The war was fought between Shibeland and the united forces of the Committee for the Reestablishment of Puerto Rico (CREPR), composed of the Gamer Reich, New France, the Salvadoran Empire, Texas, and Japan. On 12 December 2019, Shibeland destroyed Puerto Rico prior to the conflict, and Kanjuura, the leader of the Gamer Reich, was attacked by goodest_boye, the leader of Shibeland, for attempting to reestablish Puerto Rico. Shibeland's unprovoked attack on the Gamer Reich resulted in CREPR's formation.

CREPR declared war on Shibeland on 12 December 2019 at 11:48 p.m. EST, but goodest_boye refused to engage in conflict with the seven members of CREPR and remained within Shibeland's headquarters and the Gun Shop. While goodest_boye refuse to engage them, the members of CREPR sought methods to break the headquarters' walls and forcibly enter. Although an attempt to construct a TNT canon failed, the committee decided to use a creeper explosion to destroy the headquarters' walls. A hole was created around 2 a.m. EST, and once goodest_boye returned to his headquarters from the Gun Shop, the members of CREPR proceeded to kill him seven times until he ultimately surrendered. CREPR did not suffer any casualties during the conflict.

In the Treaty of Florida, which was signed by Shibeland and CREPR on 13 December 2019 at 2:18 a.m. EST, Shibeland was forced to relinquish control over Puerto Rico, which it had annexed prior to the conflict, and the End Portal, be restricted to east of the state of Mississippi, and cease expansion into Afro-Eurasia. Puerto Rico was rebuilt by the Gamer Reich following the end of the conflict.

Prelude

Destruction of Puerto Rico

On 12 December 2019, goodest_boye, the leader of Shibeland, traveled to the island of Puerto Rico and dug up the island, removing it from existence. The dirt which made up the island was presumably taken back to Shibeland by goodest_boye after the island was completely destroyed. The action surprised many foreign nations, some of which condemned goodest_boye's actions.

Later in the day, Kanjuura, the leader of the Gamer Reich, arrived in Puerto Rico and attempted to rebuild the island using spruce planks, as there was not any dirt available to rebuild the island with. While rebuilding the island, Kanjuura came under a surprise aerial attack from goodest_boye, forcing Kanjuura to retreat from the Americas and return to Europe. After forcing Kanjuura to retreat, goodest_boye annexed Puerto Rico for Shibeland, effectively preventing anyone from rebuilding Puerto Rico. He proceeded to demolish what Kanjuura had rebuilt, destroying Puerto Rico for a second time.

Formation of the CREPR

In the aftermath of Shibeland's surprise and unprovoked attack on the Gamer Reich, several foreign leaders openly condemned Shibeland and demanded the relinquishment of Puerto Rico and the island's reestablishment. Cubicsoyce responded by stating "R.I.P. Puerto Rico". After Shibeland refused, various nations and leaders formed the Committee for the Reestablishment of Puerto Rico (CREPR), with the primary goals of forcing Shibeland's relinquishment of Puerto Rico and reestablishing the island. CREPR was composed of the Gamer Reich, New France, the Salvadoran Empire, Texas, and Japan.

Of the members of the CREPR, four had enchanted diamond armor with enchanted diamond swords, one had diamond armor with a diamond sword, and one had iron armor with an iron sword. All of the members had a shield and a bow with arrows. The CREPR also had three aircraft and several boats available.

Most of CREPR's members had prior combat experience. Akeion98 and Inject_Chicken had fought during the Japanese–New Orléans War and Shibe–New Orléans War of 7 December 2019. Meanwhile, Cubicsoyce and PizzaKing333 had fought in the Japanese–New Orléans War, Shibe–New Orléans War, as well as the First Antarctic Skirmish. Magister_Militum also fought during the Japanese–New Orléans War, however, he fought against Akeion98, Cubicsoyce, Inject_Chicken, and PizzaKing333, who additionally were allied with goodest_boye of Shibeland. Kanjuura and paleocacher had no prior combat experience.

Shibeland

Unlike the Committee for the Reestablishment of Puerto Rico, Shibeland was a single entity led by goodest_boye. His equipment during the battle is unknown, but most probably consisted of enchanted diamond armor, an enchanted diamond sword, and a bow with arrows. Shibeland had no allies during the conflict. Prior to the war, goodest_boye had served during the First Antarctic Skirmish, Japanese–New Orléans War, and Shibe–New Orléans War.

War

Operation Combat Log

At 11:48 p.m. EST, the CREPR declared war on Shibeland, with its forces assembling on Shibeland's headquarters in Florida, demanding goodest_boye's surrender. In defiance of CREPR's demands, goodest_boye remained inside Shibeland's headquarters, refusing to engage CREPR's forces, which outnumbered him 7 to 1. Additionally, during the conflict, goodest_boye traveled to the Gun Shop, which was recognized international territory where no combat was allowed, frustrating the members of CREPR, especially Cubicsoyce who severely criticized goodest_boye's actions.

Operation TNT Canon

After about an hour of effective stalemate, one of the leaders of CREPR, likely Cubicsoyce or PizzaKing333, devised a strategy to infiltrate the walls of Shibeland's headquarters. The plan involved the construction of a TNT canon just outside of Shibeland's claimed area, aim the canon at the walls of the headquarters, and to blow a hole into the wall, allowing CREPR forces to storm the headquarters.

After various members of CREPR returned to their bases to acquire the materials necessary to create a TNT canon, the canon was build around 30 meters from the wall of Shibeland's headquarters. Despite the planning and expected outcomes, the canon failed to launch the TNT close enough to the walls to blow a hole in it, effectively rendering the canon useless and the plan a failure.

Operation Creeper

After the failure of Operation TNT Canon, PizzaKing333 devised a similar plan which was deemed to be more feasible than Operation TNT Canon. The plan required a member of CREPR to lure a naturally spawning creeper to the wall of Shibeland's headquarters and to have it intentionally explode, blowing a hole in the wall and allowing CREPR's forces to storm the headquarters.

The plan went into effect, however, CREPR's forces needed to wait for night to fall to allow for creepers to spawn. During the set up for Operation Creeper, two creepers exploded prematurely, setting back the plan in the process. Eventually, CREPR was successful in luring a creeper to the wall. The creeper was exploded, and with a hole now being made in the wall, CREPR forces stormed the headquarters and waited inside for goodest_boye to return from the Gun Shop.

Around 2:00 a.m EST, goodest_boye returned from the Gun Shop, upon which, he was subsequently charged at and attacked by CREPR's forces. During the ensuing battles, goodest_boye was killed seven times by CREPR forces. After being killed seven times, goodest_boye surrendered to CREPR.

Treaty of Florida

With CREPR's decisive military victory over Shibeland, goodest_boye was forced to make several concessions to CREPR. The concessions made by Shibeland as a part of the Treaty of Florida were:

• The relinquishing of Puerto Rico
• The relinquishing of the End Portal
• The restriction of Shibeland's expansion to east of the state of Mississippi
• The prohibition of Shibeland from expanding into Afro-Eurasia
• Shibeland's recognition of the existence of Puerto Rico

The treaty was signed on 13 December 2019 at 2:18 a.m. EST by Shibeland and CREPR, ending the Shibe–CREPR War.

Aftermath

In the aftermath of the conflict, the End Portal became an international zone, as was originally intended by various global powers before Shibeland annexed the territory. The End Portal was inside of a structure illegally constructed by Shibeland, and following the Treaty of Florida, it was separated from the rest of Shibeland's headquarters on the interior and an opening from the outside was added. Later on 13 December 2019, the Gamer Reich, with CREPR protection, successfully rebuilt Puerto Rico using spruce planks. The victory was celebrated by CREPR. Following the war, Sir_Monty_I of the Wildwest, who was not involved, stated that "[p]erhaps war can be avoided with the Berlin conference".

Shibeland, which had already been involved in the First Antarctic Skirmish and the Shibe–New Orléans War, became further isolated from the international community. On 13 December 2019, Shibeland gained an ally in Shobe, who settled in and annexed a part of Antarctica, violating the Antarctica Treaty drafted in the aftermath of the First Antarctic Skirmish. On 14 December 2019, PizzaKing333, with Cubicsoyce's covert support, assassinated Shobe in Antarctica, causing goodest_boye to subsequently destroy the world, ending the Earth Server.
