Illyriae, sometimes referred to as Illyrians or Illyrics, (Illyrian Iberic: Illyriae) are people from New Illyricum or of Illyric descent. Illyriae is also sometimes used to only refer to people born on the Illyric Peninsula or those born in Port Ignatius. The term first came into use following the Romanyan occupation of Illyricum, and at the time many people were labeled as Iberics, however this distinction soon became meaningless due to the long standing cultural mixing of the Illyriae and the Iberics. During the Montcrabin occupation Illyriae were referred to as Ilíricans, however this practice terminated after the Illyric Revolution, which removed much of the Crabin influence on Illyricum.
