This is a list of the busiest airports in Monsilva ranked by total passenger traffic, compiled from data by the Monsilvan Civil Aeronautics Association (MCAA). Monsilva is home to many large airports, many of which were built between the 1950s and early 2000s during the era of air travel promotion in the country. However, in the last decade this has changed direction, with many domestic flight paths being closed in favour of highspeed rail travel. This change has made a noticeable impact on the numbers of travellers using Monsilvan airports for domestic flights, but numbers for international flights are still as high as ever.
