Utam Automobiles, was founded in Torisinia in 1903 as a state-owned company called United Torisinian Automobile Manufacturing (UTAM). In 1921, the company became independent from the Torisinian government ans reestylized at Utam Automobiles. The company is currently organized under the automobile conglomerate Niravax with the Aushbaugh Corporation and the Beaufort-Spire Group.

History
Utam purchased Lazaros in 1969 as its luxury sports car manufacturer. In 1986, Utam bought a second luxury sports car manufacturer, KOT Kondos from the Torisinian government, after it controlled KOT Kondos for 53 years. In 1993, Utam expanded its luxury line of cars once again by purchasing Antilias. Four years later, Utam reorganized Antilias under their longtime rival Lazaros for its manufacturing and marketing.
Utam-Aushbaugh (2014-2021)
In 2014, with Aushbaugh Corporation experiencing continued financial issues, Utam bought out Aushbaugh wholly and completely, forming Utam-Aushbaugh. Under Utam-Aushbaugh, the conglomerate was responsible for producing all vehicles branded under five different automobile marques.
Niravax ownership
Utam-Aushbaugh merged with the Beaufort-Spire Group in 2021 to form Niravax. The conglomerate produces eight vehicle brand-names.
