Tobías Francisco Gaos y Nores (11 May 1869 – 17 July 1932) was a Creeperian politician of the Second Parliamentary Era. He served as Prime Minister of Creeperopolis as a member of the National Liberal Party from 1928 until his death in 1932 as a the Representative of La'Libertad's 2nd District.

Gaos Nores entered politics in 1887 at the age of twenty-four, being elected as Mayor of La'Libertad.
