Teodoro Mattera (12 May 1940 – 20 October 1980) was a Salisfordian militia commander and politician who was appointed First Minister of Salisford in 1975.
He founded and became commander of the Cavalieri del Re, a Monarchist militia which fought in the Salisfordian Civil War. Mattera's militia was one of the most influential and powerful in the Monarchist faction and is widely remembered for its cunning and brutality in combat.
He was assassinated in 1980 by a former member of the Esercito Nero.
