The Tea Act of 1606, informally known as the Tea Act or Brown Paper was an act passed by the Council of Nations of the Republic of Mesri in 1620 after the Riots of Kedung Delta.
The act helps the government to oversee the management of the distribution, production, and consumption of tea in the Mesri Republic, with certain laws such as price on tea per kilogram set by the goverment and the complete control of the sugar tea, limiting sugar export to when there's a surplus solving that problem that result of the Riots of Kedung Delta.
