Preambulatory:
- Noting the actions of this so-called “tribal confederacy” in attacking civilized organizations and people’s relentlessly,
- Including the murder of a Sequoyan POW, General John Charles,
- The robbery of several trains,
- Attacks on several Sequoyan patrols,
- And the deaths of thousands of Sequoyan soldiers at the hands of this so-called confederacy in the Battle of the River Mary,
- Acknowledging that the Navaja has made incursions into Creeperopolis, and noting their current membership in the confederacy,
- Further noting the weaponization of this group and the professed religious extremism by many of their leaders and the potential of such a group to make incursions beyond Sequoyan borders,
Operative:
- Declaring that groups like the "Confederacy of Southern Tribes" must be disavowed by the international body to prevent their further expansion,
- Hereby designates the tribal confederacy as an international terrorist group.
