To the Security Council of the Terraconserva Council of Nations

Preambulatory:

• Recognizing that the Terraconserva Council of Nations had passed a resolution condemning the Republic of Paleocacher for it’s nature of executions,

• Understanding the need of the situation to condemn the method of the executions and it’s public nature,

• Recognizing the good efforts the Government of the Republic of Paleocacher has done to tackle this issue,

• Noting the apology of the Republic of Paleocacher provided following these executions,

• Expressing it’s satisfaction that the Republic of Paleocacher has supported the families of the executed both emotionally and financially,

• Praising the works of the Republic of Paleocacher to completely abolish this system and technique of executions,

• Affirming the constitution changes done by the Republic of Paleocacher and the legislative dropouts in regard to this matter,

• Noting with approval that the Republic of Paleocacher has undergone complete reform in the criminal justice system,

Operative:

• Herby repeals TCN Resolution 007 - Condemnation of the Republic of Paleocacher.

• Herby removes TCN Resolution 007 as a law of the Terraconserva Council of Nations
