Stephen Perry is an Icarisian bureaucrat and politician. He is most known for serving as the Chief of Staff to President Tommy Papillion. His involvement and knowledge of the activities of the Papillion Corruption Scandal are still unknown to authorities; however, in the court of the public, many believe he orchestrated many of the connections between government officials and nefarious activities. He served as the Acting Minister of Defense upon Mikhail Travnikov's disappearance until he was Mismanagement Within the Ministry of Defense fired by new President Dietrich Weber.
