Early life and childhood
Political career
Lowe entered his career in the Office of Financial Safety (2056-2058), moved to the Office of Emergency Response Management (2058-2061), before becoming the Press Secretary to Coleman Rollins from 2061-2063. From 2063-2064, he became the campaign manager for Rollins and upon his reelection, Lowe served as his Chief of Staff from 2064-2068. He moved to the MoD's Office of Legislative Affairs for 3 years before being selected to be the Chief of Staff to the Deputy Minister of Policy Strategy and Public Outreach. In 2075, he was appointed as the Director of the Office of Counterterrorism.
