Romanya was a Romanyan city on the southern Andaluzian coast in present day Olste, Andaluzia. It lies in ruins next to the present-day Andaluzian community of Placeholder.
Romanya is notable for having being the capital of the Romanyan Kingdom and the subsequent Romanyan Republic and Romanyan Empire. It was nicknamed the Eternal City and the Capital of the World, and was a massively important Romanyan city up until its fall in 680 AD. After the fall of the Northern Romanyan Empire, Romanya fell under the control of the various sub-Romanyan successor states, the Savottan Empire, various Emirates and crusader states up to its destruction at the hands of the TBD Caliphate in TBD.
