Promesa, Progreso, Prosperidad, y Paz (Creeperian – Creeperian script: Պրոնեսա, Պրոգրեսո, Պրոսպերիդադ, յ Պազ; literally translated as: Promise, Progress, Prosperity, and Peace) was a speech given by Augusto Cabañeras Gutiérrez, the Minister of Defense of Creeperopolis, on 5 December 2020 that began the CODECO military intervention in Sequoyah, established the CODECO Mission in Sequoyah (COMISEQ), and proclaimed the establishment of the Reorganized Constitutional Government of the Republic of Sequoyah as a part of the Sequoyan Civil War.

El intento era obvio. Secoya retrató a los’que se estaban rebelando contra’l estado esclavista como terroristas para que pudieran capturar y esclavizar a sus combatientes con aprobación del CNT. 28 de June de 2020, Odiseo Waya es derrocado por’Diwali Wesa debido a su completa incompetencia como Jefe de Estado. Waya caminó a Secoya’l suelo, porque no pudo haberlo clavado enel suelo, debido a su falta de avance tecnológico.

7 de Agosto de 2020, Wesa aprueba la’Orden Ejecutiva 66 que permite’l asesinato por’justiciero de cualquier persona acusada de ser esclavista. 18 de Septiembre de 2020, Secoya apresura una segunda constitución. 20 de Septiembre de 2020, el Consejo de Naciones Tierraconservañero derriba Resolución del CNT 028, Derogación de Resolución del CNT 019 - Condemnación of Secoya ay Sanciones. 4 de Octubre de 2020, Diwali Yansa y Usti Atagukalu anuncian sus candidaturas a la’Presidencia de Secoya. Wesa también anuncia que se retirará como Presidente cuando’l nuevo Presidente Electo tome posesión. Dijo claramente: “Secoya está a salvo. Eso es lo’que importa. Es hora de que descanse.” Es hora de que descanses, Wesa. Si es así, ¿por qué organizó un autogolpe y comenzó una guerra civil en Secoya? 1 de Noviembre de 2020, Atagukalu es declarado ganador de las’elecciones presidenciales de Secoya de 2020. Ganó en una campaña de racismo y discriminación. ¿Es esto realmente lo’que querían los’Secoyanos como Presidente? 9 de Noviembre de 2020, Atagukalu lanza’l plan de Desarrollo Separado, un plan para “revivir" Secoya, mientras que simultáneamente instituye la’segregación. No pudo tener esclavitud, por lo’que opta por la’segregación. 22 de Noviembre de 2020, Wesa promulga la’Orden Ejecutiva 10455 que legaliza’l asesinato por’justiciero de miembros del Clan Odessio. En una nota no relacionada, es interesante cómo’l presidente de una nación tiene una discapacidad grave y no puede contar. Secoya pasó de la’Orden Ejecutiva 66 a la’Orden Ejecutiva 10455 en poco menos de cinco meses. Me asombra cómo los’Secoyanos hacen la’vista gorda ante tal idiotez. Y finalmente, 27 de Noviembre de 2020, Wesa realiza un autogolpe y arresta a Atagukalu. No dio ninguna indicación de que renunciaría’l poder, volviendo a su promesa de que se retiraría que hizo a principios de Octubre. Por’un lado, hizo una buena acción al arrestar al hombre que convertiría a Secoya enun infierno más grande de lo’que ya era, pero por’otro lado, se reveló a sí mismo como un completo mentiroso y tirano totalitario. Debido a su idiotez, Wesa permitió que su país cayera en una guerra civil.

Oh Wesa, que tonto eres. Continuó’l legado de Waya el Tonto’l continuar cavando la’tumba de Sequoyah cada vez más y más y más profundamente. Permitiste que Atagukalu cometiera fraude y intimidara a los’votantes en las’elecciones, pero no dijiste absolutamente nada. No se inmutó cuando declaró abiertamente que establecería la’segregación. COMISEQ hará todo lo’que esté a su alcance para’evitar que Secoya se convierta enel próximo Moroba, ya que Waya era’l Fyodor Ivanovich de Secoya y Wesa esel Alyosha Karamazov de Secoya.

On the 6th of April 2020, the Congress of Sequoyah debated legalizing the use slave labor to help build the nation's railroad network. On the 20th April 2020, the Congress of Sequoyah shocked the world by passing the Native Servitude Act, legalizing the slavery, of other human beings, in 2020. On the 30th of April 2020, the Cooperation and Development Coalition threatened to eject Sequoyah if it did not outlaw slavery. On the 31st of April 2020, the Terraconserva Council of Nations passed TCN Resolution 019, "Condemnation of Sequoyah and Sanctions". On the 1st of May 2020, Sequoyah was ejected from the Cooperation and Development Coalition for believing that human beings are property, rather than people. On the 7th of May 2020, the Terraconserva Council of Nations passed TCN Resolution 020, "Authorization of Observer Presence in Sequoyah". On the 9th of May 2020, now feeling pressured by the TCN, Sequoyah passed a law that bans slavery, but in reality, slavery continued anyway. The Sequoyan government thought they could trick the world by passing legislation outlawing slavery, while blatantly continuing to practice slavery in the open. On the 8th of June 2020, the Terraconserva Council of Nations struck down TCN Resolution 025, "A Resolution to Designate the Confederacy of Southern Tribes as an International Terrorist Group". The intent was obvious: the Sequoyan government portrayed those who were rebelling against the slavery state as terrorists so that they could capture and enslave its fighters with TCN approval. On the 28th of June 2020, Cheasequah Waya was overthrown by Diwali Wesa due to his complete incompetence as a head of state. Waya walked Sequoyah into the ground, because he could not have driven it into the ground, due to their lack of technological advancement.

On the 7th of August 2020, Wesa passed Executive Order 66 that allowed the vigilante murder of anyone accused of being a slaveholder. On the 18th of September 2020, the Sequoyan government rushed a second constitution in an attempt to appease international onlookers. On the 20th September 2020, the Terraconserva Council of Nations struck down TCN Resolution 028, "Repeal of TCN Resolution 019 – Condemnation of Sequoyah and Sanctions", a feeble attempt to move beyond the government's utter incompetence. On the 4th of October 2020, Diwali Yansa and Usti Atagulkalu each announced their candidacies for President of Sequoyah in the upcoming snap election. Wesa also announced that he would be retiring as President when the new President-Elect took office. He clearly stated: "Sequoyah is safe. That is what matters. It is time for me to rest." It is indeed time for you to rest, Wesa. If so, why did you stage a self coup and start a civil war in Sequoyah? On the 1st of November 2020, Atagulkalu was declared the winner of the election. He won on a campaign of racism and discrimination. Is this really who the Sequoyans wanted as President? On the 9th of November 2020, Atagulkalu released the Separate Development plan, a plan to "revive" Sequoyah, while simultaneously instituting ethnic segregation. He could not have slavery, so he opted instead for ethnic segregation. On the 22nd of November 2020, Wesa enacted Executive Order 10455 that legalized the vigilante murder of members of the Cheasequah Front. On a non-related note, it is interesting how the President of the nation has a severe disability and is mentally unable to count. Sequoyah went from Executive Order 66 to Executive Order 10455 in just under five months. It amazes me how Sequoyans turn a blind eye to such idiocy. And finally, on the 27th of November 2020, Wesa staged a self coup and arrested Atagulkalu. He gave no indication that he would give up power after the fact, backtracking on his promise to would retire which he made in early-October. On one hand, he did a good deed in arresting the man that would turn Sequoyah into a bigger shithole than it already was, but on the other hand, he revealed himself to be a complete liar and totalitarian tyrant. Because of his idiocy, Wesa allowed his country to fall into a civil war.

Oh Wesa, you are such a fool. You continued the legacy of Waya the Fool by continuing to dig Sequoyah's grave deeper and deeper and deeper. You allowed Atagulkalu to commit fraud and intimidate voters in the election, and yet, you said absolutely nothing. You did not flinch when he openly declared he would establish ethnic segregation. You spineless fool, you only acted at the worst possible moment. and in the worst possible way. If you really wanted to stay in power, then you should not have called for an election, you should not have accepted Atagulkalu's victory. Waya ruined Sequoyah's international relations, and even had the nation expelled from the Cooperation and Development Coalition. You continued his legacy of abysmal international relations, and have done nothing to make amends. You have allowed a civil war, a refugee crisis, a series of massacres, and massive civil unrest in Sequoyah. You are the present reason for Sequoyah's deteriorating situation.

Peace and stability on Sur is the utmost priority of the Creeperian government, as this continent has been ravaged by wars and genocides for far too long. One by one, the aggressors of such wars have been pacified over time. And right now, Wesa's Sequoyah is the greatest threat to peace and stability on the continent. Wesa is not at all fit to be the President of Sequoyah. Under Wesa, peace and stability will be impossible in Sur. Because of this great threat to the people all across Sur, the members of the Cooperation and Development Coalition, CODECO, have decided that this can not continue any longer. The Holy Traditionalist Empire of Creeperopolis, the Kingdom of Salisford, the Kingdom of Corevilla, the Kingdom of Andaluzia, State of Pavulturilor the Imperial Republic of El Salvador, and the State of the Church have decided that direct intervention is the only option to restore peace in Sequoyah. CODECO presents the Cooperation and Development Coalition Mission in Sequoyah, from here on, to be abbreviated as COMISEQ. COMISEQ will be a peacekeeping force that will effectively eliminate any threat to peace and stability in Sequoyah. Our peacekeepers will provide and distribute desperately needed humanitarian aid and relief. It is absolutely appalling and shameful that the current government refuses to provide nor distribute such aid and relief. COMISEQ will be well-funded, help improve the quality of life and standard of living in Sequoyah, preserve the Constitution of Sequoyah, reestablish law and order, bring the country into the modern era, and establish peace, stability, and tranquility in Sequoyah. COMISEQ will do everything in its power to prevent Sequoyah from becoming the next Morova, as Waya was Sequoyah's Fyodor Ivanovich and Wesa is Sequoyah's Alyosha Karamazov.

COMISEQ, hereby, proclaims the establishment of the Reorganized Constitutional Government of the Republic of Sequoyah to be the interim government of the nation during this time of reconstruction and peacekeeping. Once peace and stability have been attained, the temporary government will be dissolved and Sequoyah will return to a nation of Sequoyans, by Sequoyans, for Sequoyans. We propose our interim government to be led by Diwali Yansa, the legitimate President-Elect of Sequoyah and the rightful winner of the election. Atagulkalu, you are a liar and a traitor to your country who only seeks the extermination of those who you believe to be subhuman. Wesa, you are equally a liar and a traitor to your country who only seeks to retain onto absolute tyrannical power. Yansa, you are a noble man that only wants the best for Sequoyah. We understand that you oppose CODECO, but we believe that our cooperation will be the best for Sequoyah as a whole. You will gain your rightfully earned position as President of Sequoyah, and Sequoyah will be returned to peace and brought into the modern age. Under COMISEQ, the interim Sequoyan government, and Yansa’s leadership, Sequoyah will return to a land it should have been: a land of promise, progress, prosperity, and peace.
