Creeperopolis (Creeperian Spanish – Creeperian: Ծրեեպերոպօլիս; Creeperian Spanish – Iberic: Creeperopólis; Creeperian Spanish pronunciation: [kri.peɾˈo.po.lis]), officially the Holy Traditionalist Empire of Creeperopolis (Creeperian: Սանտո Իմպերիո Տրադիծիոնալիստա դե Ծրեեպերոպօլիս; Iberic: Santo Imperio Tradicionalista de Creeperopólis), is the largest nation in Sur and the 4th largest in the world by land area. Creeperopolis is bordered to the north by the Directorial Republic of Cospania, to the south by the Republic of Sequoyah and the Senvarian Sea, to the west by the Sea of Castilliano, the Kingdom of Salisford, and the Principality of El Salvador, and to the east by the Bay of Salvador and the Southern Ocean. Creeperopolis completely enclaves the client state and religious nation, artificially established by Creeperopolis, known officially as the State of the Church. Creeperopolis' capital and largest city is San Salvador located near the center of the country along the southern coast of Lake San Salvador and west of Lake Zapatista. As of 2020, Creeperopolis has a population of 532 million, making it the most populous nation in the world.

Creeperopolis is the world's second largest economy at ₡94.4 trillion colóns, second only to Quebecshire. The country continues to struggle with massive wealth inequality, rampant crime and crime rates, four ongoing internal armed conflicts, rampant government and corporate corruption, and unprecedented poverty rates of 20–25%. The official currency of Creeperopolis is the Creeperian Colón and it has been since the relinquishment of the Creeperian Dollar following the 2003 Creeperian coup d'état. Creeperopolis has been commonly called terms such as a dictatorship, fascist, totalitarian, police state, and banana state, many of which have varying degrees of accuracy.

The Denshire Massacre (Creeperian – Creeperian: Մասածրե դե Դենսհիրե; Creeperian – Iberic: Masacre de Denshire), referred to by Deltinians as the Day of Sorrow (Deltinian: يوم الحزن; transliterated as: Yawm al-Huzn), and sometimes referred to by academics as the Denshire Massacre of 1944 or the 1944 Denshire Massacre, was a mass killing and mass rape committed by the Militarist Nationalist Front (FRENAMI) against Deltinian Muslims and ethnic Deltinians in Denshire, the capital city of the Creeperian department of Jakiz. The massacre occurred on 13 June 1944, symbolically the 618th anniversary of the fall of Almadinat Almuqadasa to Creeperian crusader forces during the Creeperian Crusade. During the massacre, paramilitary soldiers of the Militarist Nationalist Front, and some Creeperian soldiers and civilians which joined in the massacre, murdered tens of thousands of unarmed Deltinian civilians who were living in the city. Mass rape, looting, and destruction of mosques also occurred concurrent to the mass killing which was being committed.

An estimated 25,000 Deltinians were murdered during the massacre by the Militarist Nationalist Front, Creeperian Army soldiers, and Creeperian civilians. The massacre occurred during the Creeperian Civil War, when several other infamous massacres occurred, however, the Denshire massacre is considered to be one of the most well known and most controversial. • Mayor of Chalatenango, Schafik Handal López (pictured) was arrested by the National Intelligence Directorate on charges of financially supporting the Deltinian Liberation Army.
• Professor Orlando Pareja Palau of Antonio José Sáenz Heredia University gave a lecture attacking and antagonized the government of Sequoyah, comparing it to Morova.
• The Deltinian Liberation Army accused the 25th Creeperian Army of indiscriminately killing Deltinian civilians. The DLA provided photos but the Ministry of Internal Affairs stated that the photos were clearly photoshopped and some were even photos of dead Creeperian civilians killed by the DLA.
• Hundreds Neo-Saelicists marched in the streets of Sonsonate celebrating the legacy of Castillianan dictator and caudillo Maximiliano Saelices Dávalos who ruled Castilliano from 1823 until 1845. After the march, 5 protestors were arrested on charges of assault while 14 Neo-Saelicists were arrested on charges of assault and conspiracy.
• The United Self-Defense Forces of Creeperopolis captured the Mara Salvatrucha controlled city of Colobador with little opposition.

Augusto Ramón Cabañeras y Gutiérrez, 9th Duke of Cabañeras (Creeperian: Ափգփստո Րամօն Ծաբաթերաս յ Գփտիէրրեզ, 9° Դփքփե դե Ծաբաթերաս; born 21 January 1959), and sometimes known simply by his initials as ACG (ԱԾԳ), is a Creeperian military officer and politician who is serving as the incumbent Minister of Defense (MINDEF) and Minister of Intelligence (MININT) of Creeperopolis. He is the active Supreme Caudillo (JMC) of the Creeperian Army, the highest rank in the Creeperian Army, and is effectively the commander of the Creeperian Armed Forces, wielding massive influence over Creeperian military affairs and even political affairs. He also serves as the President Pro-Tempore of the Imperial Court of Justice, the de facto supreme court of Creeperopolis. Cabañeras Gutiérrez is sometimes considered by foreign analysts to be the de facto head of government of Creeperopolis and sometimes as the de facto ruler of the country, relegating Emperor Alexander II as a puppet monarch.

Cabañeras Gutiérrez was automatically promoted to the rank of Supreme Caudillo and appointed to the offices of Minister of Defense and Minister of Intelligence upon the death and believed assassination of his father, Emmanuel Cabañeras Videla, in 2002. He amassed significant power and influence in Creeperopolis following a military coup d'état on 18 June 2003 that overthrew the totalitarian government of Emperor Alfonso VI and established the Romerist Military Junta (JMR). The coup d'état allowed for the current reigning monarch, Alexander II, to rise to the Imperial throne. Cabañeras Gutiérrez persecuted supporters of Alfonso VI and political and military critics following the coup, resulting in the executions of from 5,200 to 8,200 people, the internment of as many as 80,000 people and the torture of tens of thousands from 2003 to 2004. He became the second most powerful person in Creeperopolis, after the Emperor, following the coup, but he effectively controls most aspects of Creeperian politics and the Creeperian government making him de facto Creeperopolis' most powerful person, large in part due to his role as the family head of the Cabañeras Family, a very powerful, wealthy, and influential Creeperian family of military officers which has held the position of Minister of Defense continuously since 1833. He married Lucía Alonzo Moreno in 1983 and they have two children: Augusto Cabañeras Alonzo, an active Creeperian Army officer, and Adolfo Cabañeras Alonzo, a businessman and former Creeperian Army officer. The War of the Creeperian Succession (Creeperian: Guerra de la'Sucesión Creeperiano) was a Creeperian civil war of the late 18th century, triggered by the death of Manuel III in November 1783. The war was fought between rival claimants to the throne, brothers Manuel IV and Salvador III.

Manuel III never named his heir as either Manuel or Salvador and both were twins at birth. Manuel was believed to be the older of the two but supporters of Salvador declared him to be the older of the twins. When Manuel III died, Manuel IV was proclaimed Emperor, but those who supported Salvador resisted and declared him Emperor. The Army fractured and skirmished in San Salvador, beginning the war.
