Patrice Ngombi Yakurusha is a Lyoan politician who served as the 4th Vice President of Lyoa from 1996 to 2002 under the regime of Laurent Tulossa. He was chosen by Tulossa in an attempt to calm down opposition to his regime, as Yakurusha was previously an opposition leader. He then became part of Tulossa's inner circle until his deposition in 2002. He hid in Terranihil for most of his life after the civil war, then returned to Lyoa as the political leader of the Rally for Lyoan Democracy. He was pardoned by the government and now leads the Party for Lyoan Democracy.
