Paúl Fidel Sáenz y Mina (1 December 1897 – 1 February 1957) was a Salvadoran politician who served as the president of the Salvadoran Republic during the Salvadoran Revolution of 1956.
He supported the Catholic Imperial Restoration Council during the Creeperian Civil War against the National Council for Peace and Order and the State of Granada.
Sáenz Mina, with military support from Tomás Alemán Prats, revolted against Creeperian rule and declared the total independence of El Salvador. Regent Grand Prince Carlos Castillo Armas was captured and executed on 13 July 1956, overthrowing the Creeperian-installed Salvadoran Provisional Government of National Accord (GSPAN). The Creeperian Army crushed down the revolution by 11 November. Both Sáenz Mina and Alemán Prats were executed in San Salvador on 1 February 1957.
