The Order of the Federation (Gjorkan: Ordú na Cónaidhme) is the highest civilian award of Gjorka. It is bestowed by both the National Assembly and the President to recognize "outstanding, significant and irreplaceable service and contribution to the Federation of Gjorka." The award is reserved for civilians only and thus military members or foreigners are ineligible to receive it. The order was called the Order of the Republic between 1973 and 1991 during the Third Gjorkan Republic but was renamed after the Federation was created.

The award is considered most exclusive in Gjorkan history with only a handful of people having been bestowed. Only two presidents have ever received the Order, Samuel MacMorrow and Wilson Aldrich, both awarded posthumously.
