Hotelo Olino was originally the first parking garage opened in Olino, Rakeo. Its heavy concrete construction made it quite secure from small-arms fire, and became a base of operations for militants during the Rakeoian Civil War. The facility is currently owned by the government of Rakeo. The building seemed to undergo a change during the 2010s, with addition ventilation being spotted by satellite imagery, and following the trend of the Rakeoian blackout.
