The two countries agree to recognize each other's government, cooperate to the fullest extent to build each other up economically, and agree to provide whatever support is requested in times of diplomatic, humanitarian, or military crisis.
Economic Clauses
The Paleocacherian government has contracted Eleusis Shipbuilding to construct several classes of naval ship and Eleutherios often imports Paleocacherian pharmaceuticals and raw goods.
Mutual Aid Clauses
Invocations of Treaty
During the early stages of the Kavardan ethnic cleansing, in neighboring Terranihil more than 100,000 refugees fled across the border into Eleutherios, causing a significant humanitarian crisis in the country of six million people. The Paleocacherian Department of Foreign Affairs sent PaleoAid, a government aligned NGO to construct refugee camps and facilitate relocation to willing countries. They gave millions of selkies in food and water to the refugees and provided subsidies to the Eleutherian government to help offset the cost of the refugee crisis.
