The Nationalist Party, abbreviated and commonly referred to as the NP, was a right-wing conservative political party of the Federation of Conservative Nations.[1][2] The party was founded by Viridus on 27 July 2017 and was one of the two largest parties of the FCN, with its biggest rival being the Conservative Party.[1][2] The party was dissolved on 2 May 2020 with the dissolution of the FCN.[1]

Party platform

  • FCN First: We cannot let other regions gain too much influence in FCN. This may lead to a possible coup. Thus, people in positions of power must make decisions on behalf of the region, not just for political reasons but for security, as well.[1]
  • The Evil WA: We must do all we can to make sure that liberal resolutions in the GA constituting economic, religious and social harm to our countries are not passed. We call on the WA delegate to reach out to other regions in an effort to stop these terrible resolutions from passing. We all need to collaborate on the WA front because if we don't unite, along with other conservative regions, we will succumb to resolution after resolution, written by and passed for Left-Wing Utopias. Also, we should collaborate and work together to pass conservative proposals. We came close with commending Christian Democrats but the effort simply wasn't there.[1]
  • Border Security: Our immigration system devised by Dobrobyt is very extensive and makes us one of the most secure regions in NS. In order to protect FCN from spies during times of low security levels, we must thoroughly vet all incoming citizens from regions that we do not have embassies with.[1]
  • National Sovereignty: As a conservative and democratic region, we should make sure to maintain each country’s sovereignty and punish any coercion of countries based on political parties. We will not become an embodiment of the European Union where Brussels bureaucrats pose a threat to the very independence of each European nation.[1]
  • Flags: Every nation is allowed their own rightful flag, especially if it is the Confederate flag! The removal of Antebellum Southern historical monuments is completely disgraceful and this shall not happen in our region. We will not let it happen![1]
  • Regional Military: The Nationalist Party commends the creation of a regional military/puppet storage in case a need for invading another region comes about.[1]
  • Senate: The Nationalist Party was at the forefront of the creation of a Senate and commends its members for their continued cooperation in voting and healthy debate.[1]
  • Embassies: We should create embassies to make more allies but each embassy created with another region needs to have meaning and should be explained to the Senate and the rest of the region. A simple majority vote can either cancel construction of an embassy or cause the creation of a new embassy.[1]
  • Adherence to the Constitution: We must continue to strictly adhere to the constitution as it is our guiding document.[1]
  • The Nationalist Party mission was originally to revive a region that had become dominated by a single party (the Conservative Party). Our new mission is to work with the FCN Senate to ensure the passage of bills that will be beneficial to the region. As nationalists, we will fight for the national sovereignty of all nations and we will put our region first, not ourselves. We have become a strong, independent and thriving region embedded by the principles of the Constitution and the democratic freedoms that allows us to propose new laws and modify our sometimes-imperfect system. Our system is ever changing and is bound to have flaws. The Nationalist Party preaches a strictly democratic process and the success of our region above all. Long live the Federation of Conservative Nations![1]
