Nagarno v. Three Sicilian States was the first case heard by the Court of the Republic under the judicial system established by the Constitution of the Republic.

Background

Nagarno had allegedly violated the Act for Secure Integration and Citizenship in the League of Conservative Nations and additionally had alledgely enticed a Consul to act in breach of the Consulate Charter's neutrality clause. For these alledged violations, Nagarno was permanently stripped of his citizenship in The League of Conservative Nations by the Defense Administration, headed at that time by Director Three Sicilian States. Nagarno sued, challenging this decision of the Defense Administration as illegal. Salisford, the Consul who was presented with the potential enticement, recused himself to maintain the impartiality of the court.

Evidence presented

Three Sicilian States presented two key pieces of evidence, consisting of correspondences between Consul Salisford and Nagarno. Nagarno urged Salisford to inform him of any citizens who might be receptive to his newly established far-right National Front party. Additionally, Nagarno had communicated with a member of the The Holy Reich of Bunicken, urging them to come to The League of Conservative Nations and gain League citizenship with the expressed intent to influence regional politics.

Outcome

The permanent revocation of Nagarno's citizenship by the Defense Administration was deemed legal by the court. Expelled from politics in The League of Conservative Nations, Nagarno left the region.
