Muhammad Mutasim ibn Abdul ibn Jafar Abd Abu bin al-Mutasim al-Umar al-Mansour (Deltinian: محمد معتصم بن عبد بن جعفر عبد أبو بن المعتصم العمر المنصور; c. 1926 – 15 September 1984) was a Deltinian warlord and jihadist who formed the Society of Deltinian Brothers and began the Deltinian Insurgency in 1978. He was killed in battle during the Battle of Al-Wadin on 15 September 1984 during Operation Alfonso I.
