The Monsilva Football Association (Monsilvan: 山国足球协会; pinyin: Shānguó Zúqiú Xiéhuì), or MFA, is the governing body for football in the Monsilvan Republic. The association was founded in 1934, not long after the introduction of association football to the country.
The MFA organizes the Monsilva national football team, the Monsilva women's national football team and administers the country's professional leagues, the Monsilvan Super League and the Monsilvan Challenge League. As a member of Ostlandet Football League its national team is eligible for the Terraconservan Cup, the Women's Terraconservan Cup and the OFL Continental Cup as well as other international team competitions.
The association also organizes any tournaments being held in Monsilva. For example, the MFA organized the 1987 OFL Continental Cup in Luhai and the first Women's Terraconservan Cup which was held in Monsilva's capital, Amking in 2006. It will also be organizing the 2023 OFL Continental Cup being held in June and July of this year.

History
The Monsilva Football Association was founded in 1934, after a surge in growth in popularity of the sport. In 1942, the association founded Monsilva's men's national team. In 1943, the association became officially affiliated with the TC, allowing it to participate in the Terraconservan Cup. In 1961, Monsilva was a founding member of the Ostlandet Football League (OFL). Following the end of the Monsilvan Revolution, the Kingdom of Monsilva was dissolved in favor of the Monsilvan Republic. As the republic was a direct successor to the kingdom, no changes needed to be made to the football association, except for the flag and removal of any references to the Kingdom or the monarchy. In 2001, after a significant number of requests, the association founded the Monsilva women's national football team.
National teams
Professional leagues
The professional first-division league in Monsilva is Monsilvan Super League. Founded in 1947, it contains 16 teams that operate on a promotion and relegation system with the Monsilvan Challenge League (MCL). Seasons run from May to February with each team playing 30 games (playing all 15 other teams both home and away). After each season, the lowest placed team in the Super League is relegated to the Challenge League 1 with the top team of the Challenge League 1 being promoted to the Super League. The runners-up of the Challenge League 1 play the 15th in the Super League, with the winner playing in the first Division in the next season.
