Miguel Eduardo Salinas Ortega (April 13, 1884-December 25, 1949) was the Minister of Defense and Chief Field Marshal of the National Council for Peace and Order during the Creeperian Civil War in 1949. He was a Field Marshal of the National Council for Peace and Order from 1933-1949. He was found guilty by the Creeperian National Military Tribunal on all seven of his charges in the San Salvador Trials and was publicly crucified and burned alive on December 25, 1949.
